What the site collects
The site itself collects nothing: it sets no cookies, runs no analytics or tracking scripts, has no forms and loads nothing from third parties. The host’s request data is described under Hosting.
Hosting
The site is hosted by Cloudflare, which processes standard request data, such as IP address, browser and time, to deliver and protect the site. Cloudflare handles that data under its own privacy policy.
If you email or call
Your message and contact details are used to reply and to run the conversation about the service. Emails are kept in the business mailbox (Google Workspace), and voicemail messages with the phone provider (Twilio). I record phone calls for my notes and say so at the start of each call; if you’d rather not be recorded, say so and I’ll stop. Recordings are transcribed on my own computer, and I use an AI assistant (Anthropic’s Claude) to turn the transcripts into call notes. The same applies to calls I make to a contractor’s customers on that contractor’s behalf; I ask the contractor’s OK for this before the first call. Nothing is sold, and nothing is shared except with the email, phone and AI services that do this work.
